Classic
Read the plate, use the category as a clue and type what it means. Three tries per plate, and a streak bonus for runs of correct answers.
Timed: 1, 3 or 5 minutes
Race the clock and solve as many plates as you can. There is also a Daily Timed run that counts once a day.
Daily Challenge
Five plates a day, the same for everyone. Finish them, share your result, and keep your daily streak going.
Say it
Tap the microphone and say the answer instead of typing it. It works in Classic and Timed, and the game works fully by typing too.
Game Center leaderboards
Compare your Timed, Daily and streak scores on Apple’s Game Center leaderboards. Typed and spoken Timed runs have separate boards.
Optional plate packs
Want more plates? Optional packs add themed plates. They are one-time purchases in the in-app shop, and the free game stays free to play.
Daily streaks
Come back every day to keep your streak alive. The game also keeps your best scores.
Challenge a friend
Share a picture card of a plate or your Timed score from the share sheet. No account needed.
Fun facts and your map
Many plates show a fun fact after you solve them, every plate fills in a state on your 50-state map, and there are 22 badges to unlock.

Read the plate
